Responsibilities

Inspect and test fire doors in accordance with QBCC, Australian Standards (AS1851, AS1905.1), and NCC requirements.

Record and report on compliance, defects, and maintenance requirements.

Provide accurate inspection documentation and recommendations for remedial work.

Liaise with clients and site representatives regarding inspection outcomes.

Travel to sites across South East QLD and Northern NSW.

Requirements

QBCC Inspect and Test Licence (mandatory).

Experience in fire door inspections or passive fire compliance.

Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage site schedules.

Current driver’s licence (travel required).

White Card (preferred).
