We’re Expandify, a rapidly growing prefab modular home builder operating across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and regional QLD/Australia. We build smarter, faster, and better and we want a switched-on carpenter to join our crew.

You’ll get hands-on with fast-moving prefab projects where no two weeks look the same. Most jobs are wrapped in just 1–2 weeks, so you’re always on the move, no dragging out jobs, no dusty site for six months straight.

What You’ll Be Doing

Framing, fix-out, and finishing on modular residential builds

Reading plans, solving problems, and working independently

Collaborating with other trades to get the job done right

Attending both local and regional jobs (away Mon–Fri as needed – we cover all costs *occasional weekend work may be required)

Working on short-duration installs (1–2 weeks per site)

Being part of a capable, no-nonsense team that values results over red tape

What You’ll Get

$40–$50/hr + Super (based on experience & attitude)

All accommodation covered when working away (Mon–Fri *occasional weekend work may be required)

Living Away Travel Allowance: $21.94/day

Living Away Meal Allowance: $30/day (paid daily, regardless of hours)

Tool Allowance: ~$39.60/week (Award-aligned)

Per-Kilometre Reimbursement: $0.96/km for travel to jobs >100km away

Weekly Pay – on time, every time

Job Security: 9+ months of work locked in and growing everyday

Who You Are

A confident, capable carpenter with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work without being micromanaged

White Card holder with own tools and own transport

Comfortable with regional travel

Someone who enjoys variety and takes real pride in what they build
