About the Opportunity

As a Residential Carpenter, you’ll play a key role in delivering beautiful outdoor living projects including decks, patios, pergolas, and home renovations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Owner and Leading Hand on dynamic builds and be supported every step of the way.

Complete high-quality carpentry work on custom residential outdoor projects

About You

We’re looking for a talented carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that actually cares.

You’ll bring:

Experience in residential carpentry — decks, patios, renos

A Certificate III in Carpentry (4th year apprentices also welcome!)

A strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and great communication skills

A genuine desire to grow, improve, and build a career — not just tick boxes

Bonus if you have experience with insulated panel roofs and First Aid ticket
