We’re looking for an Excavator Operator to join our growing team. Whether you’re highly experienced or looking to build on your skills, we’d like to hear from you.

About the Role

We can offer either:

Casual employment with Wilson’s Complete Outdoor Services, or

Contract work under your own ABN.

Hours may vary from week to week, but our goal is to provide you with 38 hours per week. You’ll be transporting and operating our excavators, along with carrying out general labour work — as we don’t spend every job entirely on the machines.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Demolition and removal of existing garden beds, concrete, and structures
✅ Preparing sites for new works — e.g. driveways, lawn areas, retaining walls, footings
✅ Relocating and removing soil, rubble, and green waste
✅ Spreading and levelling materials such as dolomite, gravel, soil, and mulch
✅ Assisting with on-ground labour and site clean-up when not operating machinery

What We’re Looking For

MR (or higher) truck licence – essential

Excavator operating experience (experienced preferred, open to less experience for the right person)

Physically fit, capable of manual labour

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance before starting

Flexibility to travel – most work is south of the city, but occasional further travel is required
