Plant Operators & Skilled Labourers – Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks & Roadworks

We have multiple opportunities for experienced Plant Operators and Skilled Labourers to work across major subdivision, bulk earthworks and road construction projects.

We’re looking for operators with experience on:

• Excavators, Dozers, Graders (GPS operators highly regarded)
• Moxy, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer
• Skilled civil labouring – pit & pipe, trenching, site prep, assisting trades

Your day-to-day:

• Operate machinery for bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, battering, boxing roads
• Civil labouring including pit & pipe, conduit installation, site clean-up
• Work with 15–50t machinery (GPS experience with Topcon, Trimble or UTS preferred)
  

What you’ll need:

• Previous civil/construction experience
• Relevant machine operating tickets/licences
• White Card
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (some sites are remote)
• Positive attitude, safety focus and willingness to learn
