S A Trading Pty Ltd, t/as SKA Catering, is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Cook to join our team in Glenroy, Victoria.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate must have:

· A minimum of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

· At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

· Seasoning and cooking a wide range of dishes, from soups and entrées to main courses

· Creating and preparing dishes according to recipes

· Garnishing and presenting food in an appealing manner

· Estimating food requirements and managing inventory

· Ensuring proper storage of raw ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, spices, groceries, meats, etc.

· Adhering to all legal, health, hygiene, and safety regulations relevant to the food industry

What We Offer :

· A full-time employment contract for a minimum of 2 years, with potential for extension

· An annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with skills and experience

· Statutory superannuation contributions in addition to the salary
