What You’ll Do:

• Conduct field investigations into structural failures, construction defects, and building system issues.
• Analyse residential, commercial, and industrial properties to determine causes of structural failures and damage.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, loss extent, and recommended repairs.
• Scope and estimate repair costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian Standards.
• Collaborate with insurers, legal firms, loss adjusters, and contractors to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain professional expertise through workshops and industry publications.

What You Bring:Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Licensed Builder with in-depth knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant standards.
• Experience with legal firms and insurance companies (a plus).
• Proven technical competency and the ability to identify defects and scope repairs.
