About the role
We are seeking an experienced Event Administrator to join our dynamic team at RBR Party Hire in Wodonga, Victoria. As our Event Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless organisation and execution of our diverse range of events and functions. This is a full-time position that will see you work closely with our event planning and logistics team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality events.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and sending event-related communications, such as emails, quotes, invoices, booking confirmations, and updates
Maintaining detailed event records and databases to track key information and deadlines
Providing exception customer service to all new and existing clients
Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address any issues or queries
Assisting with the development and implementation of processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Event Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and Xero software
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
