The City of Greater Geelong is excited to extend our Reformer Pilates program at Norlane ARC—and we’re looking for passionate, motivated instructors to join our team.

Classification: Commencing at $65.66 per hour plus super
About you
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead safe, effective, and engaging classes that inspire members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Working closely with the Fitness Hub team, you’ll deliver innovative programming and create a professional, welcoming environment that supports every participant’s fitness journey.
Essential Experience:
- Certificate 3 in Fitness or higher
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (nationally recognised qualification or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes in a studio or fitness environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt for all fitness levels
- Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive client experience
- Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check and a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process (funded by the City).
