Kōra Pilates is hiring 🌀

We’re building something fresh in Coburg - a new kind of reformer Pilates studio also offering wellness workshops that’s community-led, architecturally designed, and full of energy. Kōra opens November 2025 and we’re on the lookout for passionate instructors to help bring it to life.

About the role
We’re after warm, confident instructors who can deliver thoughtful, challenging, and welcoming reformer classes. You’ll be joining a values-driven team with a chance to shape the studio experience from day one.

This role suits someone who loves:

Creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen

Cueing with clarity, connection and impact - always catering to the bodies in the room

Contributing to something bigger than just the workout

What we’re looking for

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (APPI, Polestar, Breathe, etc.)

Current insurance, First Aid & CPR (essential)

At least 6 months experience preferred

Passion for movement and making people feel good in their bodies

Happy to get hands-on and guide modifications with care

Great communicator, someone with warmth who can make people feel comfortable
