We have an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our rapidly growing team as a Regional PT Manager overseeing Melbourne. This is a challenging role that would see you overseeing many sites across Melbourne, growing the PT teams at pace.

Be Inspired PT is the largest PT Management company in Australia today. Club Owners contract our services to have us exclusively manage the Personal Training in their Clubs. We have assisted over 100 locations across Australia and are growing rapidly. Melbourne currently has an aggressive expansion strategy for the next 12-24 months and we require the right person with the initiative, passion and grind within them to drive the business at full speed!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You will be responsible for overall business performance of your region. This will include the recruitment, supervision, training & development of all personal trainers, as well as having the business acumen necessary to drive the business at a higher, more strategic level at all times
Interview and recruit Personal Trainers at cadence to keep up with the demand. This will see you using all your people skills, networking and ability to attract talent and to maintain the growth curve we are currently on!
Liaise with industry partners to further spread our recruitment capabilities.
Function laterally at times and think outside the box to find creative pathways to expand the recruitment pipelines
Compile and produce fitness department reporting, including performance metrics, budgets and KPIs.
Evolve and refine existing systems, budgets and reporting platforms.
Ensure 100% compliance of all trainer qualifications, insurance and related documentation at all times
Achieve and exceed all budgets associated with your region
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Club Managers and Club Owners
Refine and execute a continuous, scalable program of professional development for the personal trainers in your region
Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies to drive PT Penetration in the Clubs we are operating within
Have the skill and ability to develop trainers to ensure a high level of success across the region is achieved.
ABOUT YOU
Strong leadership ability, a real people person
Exceptional business acumen
You will have a minimum of 2 years Fitness Industry experience, preferably in direct PT management, sales or club management
Excellent planning and organisational skills. Organisation, strategic thinking and forward planning is critical in this role, and you will exhibit all of these skills to the highest of standards.
Experience in leading and managing medium to large sized teams is a MUST
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management and vendors
You will be a recruitment machine! You will genuinely love the process of finding the highest performing trainers possible to grow your region to its capacity and beyond!
You will be highly capable of analysing data, trends and metrics
Highly efficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, and the Google Drive Suite.
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

INCOME
Total Package OTE of between $90,000 to $110,000 in the 1st year, and $100,000 - $120,000 in the 2nd year (based on growth and performance).
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 + years industry experience
Certificate III & IV in Fitness or above
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Police Check & Working with Children Check required
