What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support students' academic, social and emotional growth

Assess and provide constructive feedback to monitor student progress and inform future lesson planning

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience

Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and procedures

What we're looking for

A relevant teaching degree or equivalent qualification

Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)

Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the broader school community
