About the Role

You’ll be working with new and returning clients, guiding them through their skin journey, delivering advanced treatments, and building lasting relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, help shape how this service grows, and play a key role in developing our own range of in-house products.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations

Perform clinical treatments including IPL, vascular treatments, non-ablative skin resurfacing, and pigment treatments

Create tailored skincare regimes and treatment plans

Provide expert advice on product selection and usage

Maintain accurate client records and uphold clinical safety standards

Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure an exceptional client experience

Generate service ideas that resonate with our demographic and actively track emerging skin trends

Contribute ideas for business growth and service development, and follow up promptly on potential client leads to convert interest into bookings

Commence development of a range of in-house products (long-term project)

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Skin & Laser Therapist

Proficient in laser and advanced skin treatments (injectable experience highly desirable)

Skilled in client consultations and treatment planning

Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills

Comfortable with sales in a client-first, ethical approach

Strong knowledge of skin physiology and treatment modalities

Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Experience in cosmetic medical environments

Confidence with laser safety standards and protocols

Comfort using practice management or booking systems

Confident working independently, while benefiting from comprehensive clinical support

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience and confidence with injectable treatments (highly desirable)

Experience contributing to the growth of a clinic or skin business, including developing new packages, building a client base, or enhancing the client experience

Tertiary health education
