About the role

As a Housekeeper - Front of House at Woodmanshill Motel, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is a casual position based in Warrenheip, Ballarat, VIC 3350.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to the highest standard

Restocking and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas

Assisting with laundry duties, such as washing, drying and folding linens and towels

Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns

Providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or motel setting

Must have own car and live in Ballarat area.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences

Must be able to work on weekends and school holidays
