You might not have the job title yet, but if you’ve got 1–2 years’ admin experience, thrive on being organised and present yourself with professionalism and confidence. This role could open the door to the career you’ve been dreaming about.

We’re looking for someone with the right traits, not just the right title. You don’t need proven PA or EA experience — what you do need is the drive to learn, the professionalism to represent a corporate brand and the organisational skills to keep a busy executive on track.

For the right person, this is more than just a job - it’s the chance to prove yourself in a corporate environment, develop into a trusted right-hand support and create the career you want.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide both personal and executive support to the COO
  • Ensure the COO has everything they need for their meetings
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Great proof reading skills - that real attention to detail required
  • Liaise and build strong rapport with clients on your managers' behalf
  • Document preparation using your solid MSOffice skills
  • Database management
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally 1-2 years administrative experience however open to retail/hospitality or other areas where you have transferable skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Confident MSOffice user including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Team player attitude
  • Take pride in your work and have a great level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Confidentiality
  • Professional corporate presentation
