Oral Health Therapist – Orthodontics

We are seeking a passionate, skilled and reliable Oral Health Therapist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and supportive team that prides itself on delivering high-quality care using the latest technology – all while maintaining a warm, traditional approach.

Whether you're experienced or newly qualified and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Training and support in orthodontic procedures will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Bonding and removal of orthodontic appliances and attachments

Adjustments and repairs (e.g. wires, brackets, retainers)

iTero intraoral scanning and clinical photography

Patient education and provision of treatment information

Maintaining accurate clinical notes and following infection control protocols

Chairside assisting and general support to the clinical team as needed

Basic lab work and sterilisation

Liaising with patients, referrers, dentists and specialists

Supporting community and promotional events (e.g. dental education, school fetes)

What we’re looking for:

APRHA registration

Experience in orthodontics is welcomed but not essential - training will be provided

Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Willingness to learn and grown within a supportive clinical environment

Confidence using clinical software (experience with Dolphin is a bonus)

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
