About the Role

Full-time Exercise Physiologist role based primarily at our Melton clinic, with sessions also at our Brimbank location.

You’ll be working from private clinic rooms inside aquatic and leisure centres, giving you:

Private consultation and assessment rooms

On-site hydrotherapy pools

Fully equipped gym rehab areas

Staff-only spaces for notes, lunch, and collaboration

You’ll deliver 1:1 exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and functional capacity work to clients across:

NDIS (neurological, physical disability, ASD)

Older adults (falls, arthritis, joint replacements)

DVA and Return-to-Work pathways

Chronic disease management

Workers Compensation and TAC

This is a clinic-first role, with some community visits where you can connect with clients in their own environments and help transition them back to regular in-clinic rehab.

About You

You value client outcomes, thrive in a team environment, and want a role where you’re supported both clinically and operationally.

You bring:

ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status – current registration

Strong communication skills – with clients and colleagues

Team player attitude – supportive, proactive, and collaborative

Good time management – punctual, organised, and thorough

Police Check, WWCC, and Driver’s Licence

New graduates welcome – with training and mentorship provided
