Empower Exercise Physiology is seeking an passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic private practice in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. As an Exercise Physiologist in our part-time role (with an option to progress to full time) you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation and chronic disease management programs to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalised exercise programs for clients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic health conditions

Providing one-on-one and group exercise therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals

Collaborating with other allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists and GP's, to ensure coordinated, client-centred care

Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our exercise rehabilitation services

What we're looking for

Masters degree In Exercise Physiology or equivalent qualification

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop innovative, evidence-based exercise interventions

Registration with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or eligibility for ESSA accreditation

Current First Aid and CPR certification
