ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca-Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experience Security Officers to join the Corporate Services team at Echuca Regional Health. This position is a hybrid role that includes security support, patient transfer assistance and the provision of waste management.
Key responsibilities include:
Work both individually and within a team to deliver high quality security services across all ERH grounds, including the security of patients, visitors and staff
Report security related incidents in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and guidelines
Participate in Code Grey, Code Black and Code Brown response teams
Complete basic cleaning duties across ERH, provide patient transfers and waste removal as required
Respond to threats and dangers, including moving staff, patients and visitors to safety
Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
Qualifications/experience required:
Formal Security Qualifications
Current Victorian Security License
Desirable:
Two years’ experience in a similar role
