Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join its growing Domestic Ventilation line at the Seven Hills site. The company is committed to sustainable practices, workplace safety, and investing in the development of its team members.

In this hands-on, you'll be responsible for a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working in a versatile role utilising raw materials to help load into a machine that creates different sizes and thickness fabric sheets. You will also be required to use the computers and adjust the machines for the different orders. Other tasks may include:

• Operate machinery and assemble parts and finished products
• Follow safe work procedures and comply with work instructions
• Conduct quality inspections per the Quality Manual
• Maintain production records and report customer complaints
• Perform regular cycle counts and track materials
• Inspect equipment per preventive maintenance schedules
• Keep work areas clean and complete daily housekeeping
• Report hazards and contribute to a safe working environment

Essential criteria:

• Strong work ethic
• Physically fit - can comfortably lift 20kgs
• Machine Operation experience ideal
• Sound understanding and knowledge of computers
• Great attention to detail
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to follow written procedures
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
