About the role

Are you a skilled production operator looking to join a leading manufacturer in the heart of Belrose, NSW? Industrial Engraving Solutions' is seeking a casual worker that is available to forfill a full-time role as our Production Operator. You will play a key role in our thriving manufacturing operations. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality assembly and processing of our industry-leading products.

What you'll be doing

Undertaking assembly and process work to manufacture products to the highest standards

Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Identifying and reporting any issues or areas for improvement

Supporting the wider production team as required

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a production or assembly role, ideally within the manufacturing industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A keen interest in and understanding of manufacturing processes
