Pacific Property Partners are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Manager to join our growing team in Batemans Bay, NSW. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an individual who is passionate about property and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management and Administration

Conducting property appraisals and providing advice to both tenants and landlords

Negotiating the lease of residential properties and securing the best possible outcome for clients

Conducting open homes and inspections

Providing regular updates and excellent communication to clients throughout the leasing and management process

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, owners, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For

No experience required (experienced property managers also welcome)

Strong communication, interpersonal skills and well presented

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build trust with clients

Valid drivers licence

Valid real estate certificate or willingness to obtain one

Ambitious, self-motivated, and team focused
