Job Description

This is a role for someone who thrives on challenges, loves the idea of prefabricated houses, and has the experience, skills and passion to be the best in tiny house industry.

- As one of our Newcasa sales consultants, you’ll be the driving force behind turning dream houses into reality.

- You’ll handle everything from selling our standard prefabricated houses to crafting fully tailor-made tiny homes, including

- Based on our high-quality leads, you will be talking and meeting and greeting our potential clients (in our display center) in discussing their dream houses, building strong relationships with referral partners.

- You’ll coordinate with our in-house design team to carry out and package irresistible tiny house proposals and offers, present contracts with confidence, explain and illustrate for our clients, and follow up relentlessly to close deals.

- Supported by our strong project execution team, You’ll also be hands-on in guiding clients throughout the whole design, manufacture, and delivery process, ensuring every detail reflects their vision.

- Manage your sales resources and capture every opportunity, keep deals moving, and smash your sales targets.
