About the Client:

Our client is a well-established, family-owned quarry and construction materials business operating in north-eastern Victoria. They are known for delivering high-quality aggregates, crushed rock, and specialty products, supporting both major infrastructure projects and local developments.

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of Mobile Plant Operators to join our esteemed client's team, based in Howlong. This position is full time Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate machinery such as excavators, dozers, graders, and loaders in a quarry setting.

Perform general labouring duties around the quarry site.

Load trucks, cart material, and manage stockpiles efficiently.

Follow safety procedures and site protocols at all times.

Skills and Experience:

Quarry machinery operation (excavator, dozer, grader, loader)

Truck loading, carting material, and stockpile management

Competent in at least one core quarry skill; willing to train in others

General labouring experience in quarry/construction

Machine tickets desirable
