We are currently seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, positive, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to serve as Check-in Officers at Gove Domestic Airport.

Main Accountabilities include:

Passenger check-in

Providing exceptional customer service

Validate passport and other travel documents

Tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes

Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements

Use multiple airline check in systems

Boarding gate duties, including announcements

Assisting passenger’s requiring additional assistance, including passengers requiring wheelchair assistance

Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training

Adhoc Administration

Qualifications and Experience:

Efficient computer and typing skills.

Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.

High level attention to detail.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

A positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.

Maintain to work cohesively in a team environment.

Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.

Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
