CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a trusted, Queensland-owned company delivering high-quality facility services across the state.

We are urgently seeking a reliable and dependable AM Cleaner for one of our valued clients in Gladstone. This role involves general office cleaning, including lunch room and amenities areas.

🕒 Shift Details

Monday to Friday

3-hour shift per day (AM)

Flexible start time available

✅ The Successful Candidate Will:

Be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Have strong attention to detail

Be comfortable working independently and unsupervised

Have previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)

Hold a Medical Blue Card (no restrictions) – essential

Hold a Construction White Card (preferred)

Be available for immediate start

📝 Key Responsibilities

Attend client sites at scheduled times.

Comply 100% with all site and CMBM rules, policies, and procedures.

Deliver cleaning services as per agreed scopes of work and service agreements.

Perform general cleaning duties as required, including mopping and scrubbing hard floors, cleaning tiled areas and glass, kitchen and staff facilities cleaning, lunch room and amenities cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning with consumable replenishment, and emptying bins.
