Workfast is a labour hire company partnering with some of Australia's leading construction and infrastructure companies. We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled civil labourer with roller experience for a key role on a bridge upgrade in Mittagong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating roller
• General labouring duties on a civil site
• Assisting plant operators and site trades
• Supporting the team with material handling and site clean-up
• Following safety procedures and site instructions

What You Bring:

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Roller Ticket (RIIMPO317 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in civil labouring and basic plant operation
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Full Australian working rights
