- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 + super

The role
In this new and diverse role, you’ll provide integral support to deliver community and stakeholder engagement strategies across the state rezoning team. From managing administrative tasks to preparing high-quality communication content, you will help keep projects on track and make sure communities and stakeholders are informed and understand our work.

What you will bring to the role
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems, such as CM10
- Experience in providing a range of project management and administrative support services, including event management
- Proven track record of preparing and maintaining project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes
- Demonstrated experience in improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes, procedures and systems
- Previous experience in maintaining databases and coordinating and tracking customer responses to inquiries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, communication material, in plain English
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
