About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the development and well-being of young children at our childcare centre. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we can offer flexible working arrangements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 2-5 years

Observing and documenting children's progress, and using this information to inform their learning plans

Assisting in developing staff professionally including trainees

Leading professional development for planning and pedagogy

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Collaborating with your colleagues to enhance educational programs and practices

Complying with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)

Proven experience as an early childhood educator, particularly in a long day care or preschool setting

Strong knowledge of child development, early learning frameworks, and best practices in education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and staff

A collaborative team player who is adaptable and proactive

Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children

Current First Aid certification, including CPR and Anaphylaxis management

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
