DSQ Pty Ltd provides land surveying services to the government, corporate and public sectors. Currently working on projects throughout Australia on various residential, commercial and industrial land developments, infrastructure projects and bathymetric surveys. We are proud of our excellent working conditions, fantastic tight-knit culture and outstanding safety record. DSQ are now seeking Surveyors & Surveying Students to join our Chinchilla team.

The position is based at our Chinchilla office, you will be working on a shift roster of 15 days on, 13 days off with 10-12 hour workdays. All positions are casual, you will be offered an above award rate, this is a flat rate for all hours worked. Your point of hire will be Chinchilla 4413, all accommodation and meals are provided. A free bus service is offered from Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast to Chinchilla (and return).

Positions are available to start as soon as possible. Pre-Employment medicals are required prior to commencing, DSQ will organise and cover the costs associated with the pre-employment medical.

General Requirements:

· Applicants must be legally able to work in Australia (Australian Resident or have a current Australian Work Visa).

· Full open drivers licence (no provisional licences)

· White Card

· Recognised tertiary qualification in Surveying or working towards

· Experience with Trimble equipment and AutoCAD software (Civil3D)

Position Specific Requirements:

· Surveyors – Must be eligible for SBQ registration (Associate, Graduate or Surveyor)

· Surveying Students – Must be working towards SBQ registration and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience.

The Role

· Roster: 15 days on / 13 days off, 10-12 hour workdays, 6 hour days at start and end of shift

· Location: The point of hire is Chinchilla 4413

· Rate & Employment: $60 to $67 casual flat rate per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and registration status

· Start: Immediate starts available

· Extras: Accommodation and meals provided, free bus service is offered from Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast to Chinchilla (and return).
