Reporting to the Marketing Team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Creator to shape and elevate Urth Fitness’s online presence. If you're passionate about fitness, creativity, and community, and you want to make a tangible impact, this role is for you!

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a dynamic content strategy that aligns with our mission and goals. Create original content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that resonates with our diverse community.

-Capture and create engaging content: You will be tasked to move between multiple gym locations to capture social media content with a mobile phone (supplied by business) .

-Graphic Design: Create digital collateral/assets and posters for in-club display and signage, using your creativity and communication skills to inform club members of important information.

- Post Scheduling and Management: Use social media management tools to schedule posts, engage with our audience, and monitor the performance of our content.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and other team members to ensure smooth content production.

- Advertising and Promotions: Craft compelling content for advertising campaigns, and work closely with the marketing team to integrate these with broader marketing efforts.

- Community Engagement: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community through regular interaction and support.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of our social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

- Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.

- Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere), and photography preferred
- Copywriting: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences and using our unique brand voice.

- Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyse performance data and derive actionable insights to optimise content and engagement.

- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various team members effectively.
- Customer Service Orientation: Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
