Role Overview
As a Swimming Pool Installation Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to assist with the full process of fiberglass pool installation. This hands-on, outdoor role will see you directly involved in creating stunning pools that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in all aspects of swimming pool installation

Perform plumbing work for pool filtration systems

Determine levels and datum points for precise installations

Engage in manual labour such as hand digging, shovelling, and moving materials

Prepare installation sites to a high standard

Build filtration systems and install pool equipment

Support team members across various stages of the build

Qualifications & Skills

Previous pool installation or filtration experience is an advantage, but not essential

Construction White Card (required)

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Current driver’s licence and reliable utility vehicle

Unrestricted working rights in Australia
