About the role

Luxmaster flooring is seeking an experienced and skilled Floor Installer to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Floor Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of a variety of flooring materials, including hybrid, laminate, timber, vinyl or carpet, in both residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time/casual position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality flooring solutions to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure, cut, and install a range of flooring materials, including hybrid, laminate, timber, and vinyl

Prepare and level subfloors to ensure a proper and secure installation

Identify and resolve any installation-related issues or challenges in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organised worksite throughout the installation process

Collaborate with the broader team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard

Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Floor Installer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work

Strong technical skills and knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any installation-related challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and clients

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
