About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Assistant in Nurses (AIN) to join our team. This role involves:
Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care
Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and independence
Providing companionship and emotional support
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients

Skills & Experience:
Must have a car and a Valid Driving License
Police Check
NDIS Check
Working with Children Check
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Ageing Support.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to empathy and client-centred care.
Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
