The Co-Group is looking for Casual AINs, ENs and Cleaners for NDIS and Aged Care clients around Nelson Bay, NSW. These roles will be casual, and hours may fluctuate weekly depending on company and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant Cert III or Diploma (applicable for AIN or EN applicants)
• Previous cleaning experience (applicable for Cleaner applicants)
• Valid Driver's License & access to a comprehensive insured car
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Experience with Disability and/or Aged Care support (preferred)

What you'll do:

• Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and personal care
• Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
• Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures
