About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Dog Groomer to join our award winning team at The fur salon by fluff n puff' in Smeaton Grange, NSW. As a Casual Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our canine clients, ensuring they look and feel their best.

What you'll be doing

Bathing, drying, brushing, and trimming dogs' coats to client specifications

Providing nail clipping, ear cleaning, and other grooming services as needed

Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all dogs in your care

Maintaining a clean and organized grooming station

Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with pet owners

Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols within the salon

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Dog Groomer, with a strong understanding of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with both dogs and their owners

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality grooming experience

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Certification or training in dog grooming is preferred 2 + years

A genuine passion for animal welfare and a love of dogs
