What the role involves:

• Operate underground diamond drill rigs safely and efficiently.
• Lead and mentor Offsiders on site procedures and safe work practices.
• Liaise with clients regarding hole and sample production.
• Perform pressure and sectional grouting.
• Complete safety documentation and inspections.
• Set up, dismantle, and relocate rigs and associated equipment.
• Maintain and clean rigs, vehicles, and tools.

To be successful you must have and provide:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Cert III in Drilling (essential).
• Minimum 4 years underground diamond drilling experience.
• Unrestricted Manual C Class licence.
• National Police Clearance with no disclosable outcomes (within 3 months).
• Strong commitment to safety, high attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
