About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to join a major manufacturing site in Acacia Ridge. This full-time role covers a wide variety of tasks including preventative maintenance, breakdowns, electrical fault finding, and equipment upgrades/installations.
You’ll be working across multiple factories and a mix of modern and older machinery – no two days are the same. Opportunities for progression and upskilling are readily available as part of a growing national operation.

Position Details:

• Salary: Fulltime - $121K + Super + Allowances + Overtime
• Shifts Available: 4-on, 4-off Day Shift 12-hour shifts 6am–6pm | Day Shift Mon-Fri 8hrs + OT
• Location: Acacia Ridge

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with minimal downtime
• Support equipment upgrades and factory installations
• Maintain high safety standards and accurate service documentation
• Conduct routine inspections to improve plant reliability

What We're Looking For:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence + CPR/LVR
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments
• Strong fault-finding skills with PLC and VSD knowledge
• Background in 24/7 manufacturing preferred
• Strong safety awareness and documentation skills
