About The Role:
Embrace this opportunity to become an integral part of our growing sales team in this full-time position. Engage in outbound calls to small and medium size businesses, showcasing our services and cultivating new clients and leads. Leads will be qualified for you by our Lead Generation team.
Location:
Work from the comfort of your home or anywhere you desire. This is a Hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. Office location is Brisbane CBD.
Hours:
Full-time – 38 hours per week (exclusive to business hours).
A Day in the Life:
Initiate cold calls to prospective businesses, highlighting our services.
Ask detailed questions to determine if we would be in a position to help the business with its logistics needs.
Pursue assigned leads and appointments set by converting them into long-term active customers.
Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs by building a robust sales pipeline.
Clearly convey the advantages of our services, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients
Face to Face client and prospect visits (locally & interstate)
What we're after
Previous sales / business development experience is a plus; however, if you're a natural conversationalist, we're eager to work with you.
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow alongside our business.
Outstanding communication skills, a passion for connecting with others, and the ability to ask probing questions.
A team player who collaborates effectively with peers to achieve collective sales objectives.
A self-starter exhibiting resilience, determination, and enthusiasm.
Competent with Excel, PowerPoint. Good general I.T knowledge
Drivers license. Ideally with own car to travel when/if needed
