Australian Glass Group (AGG) is a leading national glass processing manufacturer with sites located in Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.
AGG VIC is expanding our Production and Dispatch Teams, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the glass industry.
This is a casual position initially, with a view to a permanent placement based on suitability for the role.
We currently have vacancies across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts in the following areas:
· Cutting
· Double Glazing
· Furnace
· Processing
· Dispatch (Loading)
About the Role
As a Glass Processing Operator / Dispatch Loader, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for:
· Operating machinery and performing general processing tasks
· Safely handling glass and performing manual labour
· Adhering to strict OHS and Quality procedures
· Meeting production deadlines in a physically demanding environment
· Communicating effectively with your team and supervisor
· Contributing as a hardworking and dedicated team member

Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) are tailored double glazing solutions for year round comfort wherever you live. Australian Glass Group VIC is accredited to AS4666 Insulating Glass Units and AS4667 Quality Requirements for Cut-to-Size and Processed Glass.
Custom Laminates including Sky Glass, are a beautiful solution for frameless balustrades where an uninterrupted view, handrail free appearance is desired.
Toughened Safety Glass is ideal for applications like showerscreens, splashbacks and areas where exposure to high temperatures is a concern. Our Tempershield toughened glass is manufactured within the stringent Australian licensing requirements for the manufacturing of A Grade safety glass (AS/NZS 2208 – 1996 – Safety glazing materials in buildings.)
Both Australian Glass Group manufacturing sites are periodically audited by independent compliance and risk auditors to ensure effectiveness of compliance and accreditation programs.
