We are on the search for a Customer Service and Health Care Brand Ambassador that has a mature outlook and a passion to drive our Health Care product range.

Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety Ballarat is a locally owned and operated business and part of the national Hip Pocket franchise making up 57 stores Australia wide.

With Legendary Workwear brands such as FXD, Bisley, Blundstone, Hard Yakka & CAT.

Iconic Health Care brands such as Cherokee, Healing Hands, Infinity, Biz Care & NNT.

If you have experience within the health care sector, perhaps you have worked in the health care sector and are looking for a career change then we want to hear from you.

You will become an integral part of our team, with the main focus of this role on assisting our local health care workers to find the perfect “fit for purpose” scrubs and footwear. We will provide all the industry garment training to enable you to become our Health Care fit out specialist.

A willingness to feature in all social media content on our various platforms will be required as you become the face of our Health Care Department.

This role is so much more than your typical customer service role, it is the opportunity to really take ownership of a growing sector within our business and become a local legend by assisting one of the most important industries, Health Care

Ideally you will bring:

· Experience using Eftpos systems and retail POS

· Computer literacy with Word Outlook and Excel

· Be a quick learner who enjoys the fast pace of everything retail with a little twist

· Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment

· Excited to contribute to your store’s sales and profit targets

· Flexible with a positive “Can Do” attitude
