About this role:

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our community support team. In this casual role, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities help enrich their lives by assisting them to achieve their goals and build independence through a range of programs and activities.

About you:

· Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

· Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of people with disabilities

· Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern (BOC) would be advantageous

· Available at short-notice to cover absences

Essential criteria:

· Cert IV in Disability Support

· Current First Aid level 2 and CPR Certificate

· Full current Victorian Drivers Licence

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to get one)

· Working With Children Check (or ability to get one)

· Provide an International Police check if applicable

· Legal right to work in Australia
