About the role

Achiever's Academy Early Learning Centre (30 place) is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our vibrant childcare centre in St Johns Park, NSW. This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that foster the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children aged 0-5 years

Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports the individual needs and interests of each child

Collaborating with parents and families to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's care and education

Maintaining accurate records, observations and assessments to monitor and support the progress of each child

Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your teaching practice

Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance and the highest standards of care

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

Creativity, initiative and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
