Join the Groundbreaking Mining Solutions (GMS) site crew as a Drill Fitter servicing, fault finding and commissioning leading OEM drill rigs across WA mine sites. You’ll work with a tight-knit team maintaining CAT, Sandvik and Epiroc production drills in a safe, well-supported environment backed by the Tasmea Group.

Key Responsibilities include:

Carry out maintenance and servicing on production drills: CAT MD6250, Epiroc D65, and Sandvik Leopard D1650i.

Diagnose faults, complete repairs and component changes, and keep accurate service records.

Contribute to a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement in the field.

About You:

5+ years’ experience working on at least two of the three rigs on site (CAT MD6250 / Epiroc D65 / Sandvik Leopard D1650i).

Experience in fault finding & breakdowns

Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent heavy diesel/mechanical trade).

Current Working at Heights.

Forklift (LF) licence.

Valid Driver’s Licence.

Rio Tinto (RTIO) inducted – highly desirable.

Casual Contract

$85 - $95 p/h

FIFO on 2/1 or 8/6 rosters (12-hour days).
