About the role

Join Finlaysons as a casual Frame and Truss Team Member based in Zillmere, Queensland. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality building components to support our clients in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the assembly and manufacture of timber frames and trusses to meet precise specifications

Operate and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Ensure a high standard of workmanship and quality control throughout the production process

Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role, preferably in frame and truss production

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Familiarity with power tools and production equipment

Good problem-solving and communication skills

A safety-focused mindset and willingness to comply with all WHS requirements
