Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of fees, while providing clients with comprehensive advisory and mentoring junior staff.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Providing consulting and compliance services to a wide range of clients

Building and maintaining existing client relationships

Having a proactive approach to business development, contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm

Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of a team of accountants

Key stakeholder management both internally and externally

Profile
Suitable candidates for this role will ideally have:

At least 8 years’ experience working in Business Services or Tax in Australia

CA/CPA qualified

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong work ethic and pro-active mentality

Eagerness to learn, develop and progress

Demonstrate drive and ambition to build new business and provide advisory services

No requirement to bring fees
