🧠About the Role

Clinical Practice: Deliver high-quality assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services tailored to individual client needs.

Manageable Caseload: Receive and manage tailored caseloads based on your clinical interests and goals

Diverse Settings: Provide therapy across multiple environments, including homes, clinics, schools, and community settings, to promote functional outcomes in real-life contexts.

Evidence-Based Approach: Maintain a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, incorporating current research and clinical reasoning into service delivery.

Ongoing Professional Growth: Actively participate in regular professional development, training, and supervision to ensure continued learning and alignment with industry best practices.

Collaborative Practice: Work closely with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to therapy and support.

Person & Family-Centred Support: Uphold a commitment to inclusion, participation, and empowerment of individuals with disabilities, supporting them to thrive within their local and natural communities.

Team Engagement: Contribute to the team through active participation in meetings, case discussions, clinical reviews, and service improvement initiatives.

🙌About you

Current AHPRA Registration — unrestricted.

Final-year students graduating by the end of 2025 are encouraged to apply.

CPR & First Aid Certification (valid and up-to-date).

Current Driver’s License – essential for community-based work.

Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD).

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) – or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
