Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Optical Assistant to join our team in the Glenorchy store. You will have the opportunity to work in a modern, progressive, fast-paced business where providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of our customer journey, which will include using high-tech pre-testing equipment and dispensing from our range of fashion forward, excellent quality frames. You’ll work to healthcare guidelines, give advice fashion and styling advice, and provide a great customer experience at every opportunity.
To be successful in this role you will require fantastic organisation and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive on working at a fast pace. Previous experience in optics, retail or customer service based roles is preferred but not a necessity.
