🚀 What’s on Offer:

• Rosters: 5:2, 5:4, 7:7, 2:1, 4:2 – across underground, surface exploration & blast drilling
• Immediate starts with top drilling companies in central NSW
• $41–$43/hr + super | 12-hr shifts | $100K+ year one
• Become a Trainee Driller in 12 months – progress to $180K+

📈 Career Pathway:

• Driller Offsider – $100K + super
• Trainee Driller (1 year) – $120K + super
• Driller Level 1 (2 years) – $140K + super
• Driller Level 2 (3 years) – $160K + super
• Driller Level 3 (4 years) – $180K + super

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist drillers with rig maintenance & drill rod handling
• Clean & measure core samples
• General site maintenance & rig cleaning

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Labouring experience & fitness for physical work
• Clean police record to access mine sites
• Pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
• Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Manual C Class licence (HR a bonus)
• Commitment to training & career growth
