Our client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a Tier 2 delivery team on a transformative multi-stage residential and mixed-use project in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Your Impact

You will take ownership of key project packages from procurement through to completion, ensuring program, quality, safety, and commercial outcomes are met. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver complex building packages across structure, façade, and fit-out stages.

Manage RFIs & ensure quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards are upheld

Manage subcontractors

Monitor and report on progress, risks, and budget performance.

Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members.

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, would be an advantage, but not essential.

You must have a proven track record delivering multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects in Australia.

Strong knowledge of building codes, services integration, and high-rise construction methodology.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
